Learn how to reply to a review

What you will need

• Already have an active Linkasoarus account
• Already have at least one location created within Linkasoarus
• Already connected your Google My Business account to your location within Linkasoarus

Replying To A Review

• Select "Reviews"
• Select "Awaiting"
• Click the action button for "reply" next to the review you want to reply to
• (Optional) Edit the Reviewer's Name Field (Ex. add "Hey, [reviewer's name] )
• Type your reply or choose a template from the drop down menu
• Use the default location signature or select an alternate from the drop down or create a new location signature
• (Optional) Save a new location signature: Enter new location signature - enter location signature name - click "Save Signature"
