Digital Communication Board Setup To Display Google Reviews & Google Stats + Leaderboard – Linkasoarus

Learn how to use your Digital Communication Board to display your location specific Google Reviews and stats.

What you will need

Already have an active Linkasoarus account
Already have at least one location created within Linkasoarus
Already have a Google My Business account connected to your location
- If not visit https://www.google.com/business and create your account or contact the "owner" of your Google My Business account and request to be added as a "manager" so you have access.

How To Read Your Digital Communication Board

Select the Linked Platform tab on the left tool bar
Click the Communication Board sub-option
Select the "Google My Business" tab
Click the Communication Board URL to view what the communication board will look like when displayed
Top left shows the location's all-time google review star rating, number of reviews and average review reply time
There is also similar data for the last 7 days, 30 days and 90 days
The top right will display the last 30 day average daily views on Google
Reviews in the "Things we need to improve" column will display 1,2 and 3 star reviews
Reviews in the "Congratulation on your 4 and 4 star Reviews" will display your 4 and 5 star reviews
Reviews in the right column labeled "Customers Edited Reviews" will display when someone changes a previous review to a new review
You can scan the QR at the bottom of each column to view this location's reviews on Google. When on Google it's best to sort by "newest" reviews.
Every time the page loads you will see additional reviews that have been received within the last 30 days. These reviews will rotate every time the page reloads.
Reviews will show a GREEN reply time after the review has been replied to. This green number is the amount of time that past before the review was replied to.
Review will show a RED reply time counted "up" to inform you the review has not been replied to and this is the total amount of time (and counting) since the review was submitted.
Reviews will display an animated star rating to visually inform you these reviews have been received within the last 24 hours
New reviews will play an audio notification for the 1st 60 minutes after a review has been received.

How To Use The Google Review Leaderboard

Select the Linked Platform tab on the left tool bar
Click the Communication Board sub-option
Click "edit your logo" and upload your Company Specific logo. If you don't upload a logo your brand's logo will be your default
Click "Edit your name" and provide your Company's name. This will help make it easy to see how your Company's stats and different from the overall brand stats.
If there is no https:// url showing to copy please click the link that says "Click here to connect your Google account" and link your Google My Business location
Copy the generated URL and give it to your digital communication board provider to display this information. Information on how to add this link to our approved partner Label King Turbo is provided below.
When viewing your Google Review Leaderboard there is the top section that will show how your location ranks compared to all locations connected to Linkasoarus within your brand.
- These rankings are all-time and last 90 days
The bottom section will show how each location ranks compared to the locations within your company for all-time stats and last 90 days.

How To Display Your Digital Communication Board Info With Our Partner Label King Turbo

Select the Linked Platform tab on the left tool bar
Click the Communication Board sub-option
Select the "Google My Business" tab
Copy the Communication Board URL
Go to your Label King Turbo Digital Communication Board Dashboard

Once logged in select "Assets" on the left tool bar
Click the +Add button in the top right
Select Add A Link
Create a File Name. Recommended to use the same Location # from Linkasoarus for the name. (Ex. 1234 Google Reviews)
Under Type select the drop down called "Web Page (opens a new browser for CORS support)
Under Link Address paste the Digital Communication Board URL from Linkasoarus here.
Click save
While on the same screen (Available Assets) search or click the asset your just created (ex. 1234 Google Reviews).
Under the option Send Key Strokes enter the word "space". This is needed to play the audio notification.
Click Update
Click Playlists from the left tool bar
Search or click the Location # you are wanting to display this asset you just created (Ex. 1324 Google Reviews)
In the field "Filter by name" type the Location # you are wanting to assign this asset to. (Ex. 1234)
Check the box to the right of your new asset (ex. 1234 Google Reviews)
If you want to edit the amount of time you want your Google reviews to be displayed you can edit the default number of seconds from 20 seconds to your desired length of time.
Check any of the other assets specific to this location you would also like displayed
If you have custom layouts it's recommended to have your Digital Communication board asset listed at the top. To "move up" after it's checked you can use the purple "hand" icon to drag your asset to the top.
After checking the boxes of your assets you want send to this location click the Deploy button at the top right
Select the corresponding Location ID from the drop down list (Ex. 1234)
Select your Default Playlist from the dropdown menu. Note, most users have the Location ID as the default (ex. 1234)
Under Deploy Options check the box "Combine content of all scheduled playlists"
Click the blue box "+ Schedule Additional Playlists" and under the first drop down select this Location ID (ex. 1234)
If you have additional playlist you want to display after your Google Reviews display you can add additional playlist.
Click DEPLOY and close the pop-up that appears.
Your Digital Communication board is now connected with Linkasoarus. Your Google Reviews and stats are now displaying in your location.
