Facebook Reviews

Facebook Inbox Filters

Filter by "Group"
Filter by "Location Number"
Filter by "Recommend (like)" or Not "Recommended (dislike)"

Facebook Awaiting

All reviews waiting on a comment
All reviews that have received a 2nd (or more) comment that hasn't been viewed
Bulk reply to more than 1 facebook review
Move a review that does not need another reply/comment to the "replied" tab
Flag a review with facebook that you believe violates facebook policy

Facebook Approval

Reviews that have submitted to be replied to but need approval to be published

Facebook Replied

List of all review that have a reply that has been published

Facebook Reply Templates

Create custom reply templates based on recommend or not recommend

Google Inbox

Bulk Reply = Reply to more than 1 review at the same time
Action = View and reply to reviews
Location # = You locations "number" within your company
Google My Business = Click link to view your business on Google
Review = Reviewers name
Rating = Star rating of your review
Reply Date = Date and time you replied to your review
Reply Time = How long it took to reply to your review
Edited Review = The new review after it was edited
Edited Rating = The new star rating after a review was edited
# of Review Edits = How many times a customer has edited their review
Rating Change = The different in star ratings from the 1st review to the current edited review
Edit Date & Time = The last time the review edited their review
Status = "Relied" or "Flagged for Removal" or "New Review" or "New Edited Review"

Google Awaiting

All reviews that have not been replied to

Google Approval

Reviews that have submitted to be replied to but need approval to be published

Google Replied

List of all review that have a reply that has been published

Google Reply Templates

Turn on or off reply automation for new reviews
Turn on or off reply automation for edited reviews (star rating changes so reply is updated)
Create custom reply templates based on star rating and with or without comments
Select locations to have automation turned off or on (new reviews and edited reviews)
