• Reach
  • Total = # of people that viewed your Google My Business by searching or Google Maps
  • Average per location = total divided by number of Google My Business location accounts
  • Average per location per day = average per location divided by the date range

• Engagement
  • Total = # of people who "engaged" (clicked to view website, clicked to call, clicked "about," clicked for directions
  • Average per location = total divided by number of Google My Business location accounts
  • Average per location per day = average per location divided by the date range
  • Engagement % = Total engagement divided by total reach
