What you will need
- Already have an active Linkasoarus account
- To views stats you'll need:
- Already have at least one location created within Linkasoarus
- Already connected your facebook fan page to your location within Linkasoarus
- Already connected your Google My Business listing to your location within Linkasoarus

Step 1: Sort By Group
- Select "Filter by Groups" if you want to change view by group(s)
- From drop down choose to include or exclude a "group"
- Select "Filter by Location # if you want to view 1 or a custom group of location stats
- If no filters are selected all locations analytics will be viewed
Step 2: My Organization & Linked Accounts
- Locations = Total number of active locations. "Active" has either a facebook or Google My Business account linked
- Team = Total number of team members that have been added to your organization
- Linked Accounts = Total number of linked facebook accounts to your locations
- GMB (Google My Business) = Total number of Google My Business accounts linked to your locations
Step 3: Analytic Stats Explained Include:
Google My Business (note: GMB analytics require a 6 day wait period to be completely up-to-date)
- Reach = Total number of people that have viewed your Google My Business accounts
- Engagement = Total number of people that have clicked (call, directions, website, etc.) on your Google My Business account
Facebook (note: facebook analytics are updated on the hour)
- Reach = Total number of people that have viewed anything on your facebook pages (posts, ads, profile, etc.)
- Engagement = Total number of people that have interacted with anything associated with your facebook pages (liked, shared, commented, etc.)
Google Reviews
- Current Average Rating = overall current star rating on all locations and reviews
- Total # or Reviews = Total reviews received since each of the Google My Business account were active
- Date Range Average Rating = Review rating based on the date range selected
Facebook Followers
- Total # of Followers = Total number of people currently following your facebook pages
- Date Range # of New Followers = Total new followers based on the date range selected
Facebook Posts
- Total # of Posts = Total number of facebook posts on all your linked facebook pages
- Date Range # of Posts = Total number of facebook posts based on the date range selected
Average Reply Time On All Reviews
- Reply Time on All Reviews = how long it took to review to a Google review
- # of Reviews That Have Been Replied To = Total reviews that have received a reply
- # of Reviews Waiting For Reply = Total review currently waiting for a reply
- Oldest Review Waiting For Reply = If multiple reviews waiting for a reply this is how long the oldest review is waiting
- # Of Edited Reviews = The number or reviews that customers have changed start ratings "to." If under the 5 star column then these are review that have been change "up to" a 5 star
Date Range Average Reply Time
- Same stats as above except just for the selected date range
Facebook Inbox (Messenger) UPDATED 1/21/22
- From the dashboard view scroll down to facebook inbox (messenger)
- Non-applicant conversation - inbox messages sent by customers or potential customers
- Non-applicants messages replied to within 24hrs = you have 24hrs to reply to an inbox message and this shows the number and percent of messages that received a reply
- "Good" conversations = conversations you "tag" as a positive message
- "Bad" conversations = conversation you "tag" as a negative message
- "None" categorized = conversation still waiting for you to "tag" as either good or bad
Facebook Job Applications
- From the dashboard view scroll down to facebook Job Applications
- Applications received are the total number of applicants who applied to a facebook job posting
- Applications replied to within 24hrs = facebook allows up to 24hrs to reply to an applicant and this stats show how many received a reply
- "Hired" are applicants you "tag" as hired
- "Not hired" are applicants you "tag" as not hired
- "Awaiting response" are applicants still waiting for you to update their status
