Google My Business Location signatures – Linkasoarus

Learn how to create and edit Google My Business location signature that will be included on your Google review replies

What you will need

Already have an active Linkasoarus account
Already have at least one location created within Linkasoarus
Already connected your location to your Google My Business account

Create Default Signature By Editing A Location

Select the Location Tab
Click the edit icon next to the location you want to edit
Select the "Google My Business" tab
Scroll down to Reply Settings
Turn on/off Automatically load the name of the reviewer in your reply
Turn on/off Automatically load the Google location signature to the footer of the reply
Under each of the 5 star ratings options (1-5) add your signature and click "save"
(Optional) You can start your location signature by selecting "Load from Address/Contact"

Create Additional Locations Signatures By Star Rating

Select the Location Tab
Click the edit icon next to the location you want to edit
Select the "Google My Business" tab
Scroll down to Reply Settings
Turn on/off Automatically load the name of the reviewer in your reply
Turn on/off Automatically load the Google location signature to the footer of the reply
Under each of the 5 star ratings options (1-5) select "Add new template"
Enter a "name" for this signature and enter your signature.
Click "save"

Create Signature During A Review Reply

Select "Reviews"
Select "Awaiting"
Select "Reply" next to a review
After entering your reply type in a new location signature
Enter a "Location Signature Name"
Click "Save Signature"
This signature will be saved to this location and star rating
