Learn how to create automated reports to email to you and your entire team
What you will need
- Already have an active Linkasoarus account
- Already have at least one location created within Linkasoarus
- Already connected your facebook fan page or Google page to your location within Linkasoarus

How To Create Automated Email PDF and Excel Reports
- Toggle to the left tool bar and Automated Reports
- Select Create Automation
- Step 1: Select the locations you want to "pull" data from to create your reports
- Step2: Check all the reports you want to include in this report
- Step3 (1st) : Select the date range from the drop down box you want to pull this data from... (example: Last 7 Days, Last week, last month...)

Step 3 (2nd): Select the frequency of when you want your reports emailed (example: repeat every Monday at 9am)
- You can select a specific day of month as another option
- REMINDER: if sending any recent Google My Business reports you won't have all the Google data (except reviews) until 5 days AFTER. If scheduling weekly reports that includes Google Analytics it's recommended to wait until Friday the following week to send these reports)
- Step 4: Select the users OR external email you would like to send this report to
- Step 5. Name your report and click Create Report
How To View & Edit Existing Reports
- Under "Actions" click green down arrow (after the report date and frequency has occurred) to download dashboard or excel generated reports
- Click "eye" icon to view report
- Click "Edit" icon to edit report
- Click "trash" icon to delete
