Bulk Approve & Reject Google Review Replies Waiting For Approval

Learn how to approve or reject multiple review replies at the same time.

What you will need

• Already have an active Linkasoarus account
• Already have at least one location created within Linkasoarus
• Already connected your Google My Business location to your location within Linkasoarus

Bulk Approve or Reject Multiple Review Replies

• Select "Reviews" on left tool bar
• Select "Google"
• Select "Approval"
• If you have a review you can hover the mouse over the review and a pop-up screen will show the review as well as the written reply. This can be done for all reviews in this tab without having to click the "action" button to "open" the review.
• If you read a review reply you would like to edit then click the action button to enter the edit screen, edit your review reply and submit.
• If you have multiple review replies you've read and want to approve please check the corresponding boxes to the left of each approved review and click the BULK APPROVE button to approve all of them at the same time.
• If you would like to move more than 1 review reply back into the AWAITING TAB please check the box next to each review you want to reject. Once you have all of them checked click the BULK REJECT button. Once this is performed these reviews will move back into the AWAITING TAB.
